Our Return Policy

Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order. Due to the nature of research peptides and health and safety regulations, our policy is strictly all sales final. We stand behind our product quality and will resolve any genuine issues with your order.

All Sales Final
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any peptide products, bacteriostatic water, or research supplies. All sales are final once an order has been placed and payment confirmed. This policy exists due to the sensitive nature of research compounds and Canadian health and safety regulations.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns

We understand this may be disappointing for some customers. Here is why this policy is necessary:

  • Product integrity: Once a peptide vial leaves our facility we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled. Accepting returns would risk compromising the integrity of our entire inventory.
  • Health and safety: Canadian health regulations prohibit the resale of returned biological research compounds. Returned products must be disposed of safely.
  • Temperature sensitivity: Peptides are temperature-sensitive. We cannot guarantee a returned product has been kept at the correct temperature throughout the return journey.
  • Research compound nature: All products are sold strictly for research purposes. The controlled nature of these compounds prevents returns under our operating guidelines.
What We Do Cover

While we do not accept returns, we fully stand behind our products and will resolve the following issues at no cost to you:

Damaged on Arrival
If your order arrives with broken vials or damaged packaging we will replace it immediately at no charge. Contact us within 48 hours with photos.
Wrong Item Sent
If we sent the wrong product we will send the correct item immediately and cover all shipping costs. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Purity Dispute
If you have legitimate concerns about product purity we will provide the Certificate of Analysis for your batch and work with you to resolve the issue.
Important: All issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery as shown by Canada Post tracking. Issues reported after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.
🚫 What We Do Not Cover

The following situations are not eligible for replacement, refund, or resolution:

  • Change of mind after placing order
  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer
  • Wrong shipping address provided by the customer
  • Product damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Bacteriostatic water frozen during transit due to cold weather (buyer’s responsibility — see our shipping policy)
  • Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
  • Dissatisfaction with research results — products are sold for research purposes only and results cannot be guaranteed
  • Orders with incorrect e-Transfer details provided by the customer
📝 How to Report an Issue

If your order arrived damaged or incorrect follow these steps:

Take Photos Immediately
As soon as you notice the issue take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product. Do not dispose of anything before contacting us.

Email Us Within 48 Hours
Email info@peptidesexpress.ca within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and your photos.

We Review and Respond
We will review your claim and respond within 1 business day. If your claim is approved we will ship a replacement at no charge immediately.

Replacement Shipped
Approved replacements are shipped same day if confirmed before 2PM EST or the following business day. A new tracking number will be sent by email.
Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment is received and confirmed your order enters processing immediately and cannot be cancelled.

⚠️ Important: If you need to cancel an order email us at info@peptidesexpress.ca before sending your e-Transfer payment. Once payment is sent and confirmed we cannot cancel or refund.
