Please read our returns policy carefully before placing your order. Due to the nature of research peptides and health and safety regulations, our policy is strictly all sales final. We stand behind our product quality and will resolve any genuine issues with your order.
We understand this may be disappointing for some customers. Here is why this policy is necessary:
- Product integrity: Once a peptide vial leaves our facility we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled. Accepting returns would risk compromising the integrity of our entire inventory.
- Health and safety: Canadian health regulations prohibit the resale of returned biological research compounds. Returned products must be disposed of safely.
- Temperature sensitivity: Peptides are temperature-sensitive. We cannot guarantee a returned product has been kept at the correct temperature throughout the return journey.
- Research compound nature: All products are sold strictly for research purposes. The controlled nature of these compounds prevents returns under our operating guidelines.
While we do not accept returns, we fully stand behind our products and will resolve the following issues at no cost to you:
The following situations are not eligible for replacement, refund, or resolution:
- Change of mind after placing order
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer
- Wrong shipping address provided by the customer
- Product damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Bacteriostatic water frozen during transit due to cold weather (buyer’s responsibility — see our shipping policy)
- Issues reported more than 48 hours after delivery
- Dissatisfaction with research results — products are sold for research purposes only and results cannot be guaranteed
- Orders with incorrect e-Transfer details provided by the customer
If your order arrived damaged or incorrect follow these steps:
Orders can only be cancelled before payment is confirmed. Once payment is received and confirmed your order enters processing immediately and cannot be cancelled.
