We Confirm and Ship
Once we receive and confirm your e-Transfer you will get a payment confirmation email from us. Your order will then be processed and shipped same day if payment is confirmed before 2PM EST Monday to Friday. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

How long does payment confirmation take?
We confirm e-Transfer payments within 30 minutes during business hours (Monday to Friday, 9AM–5PM PST). Payments received outside business hours are confirmed the following business morning.
What if I send the wrong amount?
If the amount doesn’t match your order total we will contact you by email to resolve it before shipping. Always send the exact amount shown in your order confirmation.
What if I forget to add my order number?
Email us at info@peptidesexpress.ca with your name, order number, and the amount you sent. We will match it manually and process your order.
Will my order ship same day?
Yes — if your payment is confirmed before 2PM EST Monday to Friday your order ships the same day. Payments confirmed after 2PM EST or on weekends ship the next business day.
Is e-Transfer safe?
Yes. Interac e-Transfer is operated by Interac Corp — Canada’s national payment network trusted by all major Canadian banks. It uses 256-bit encryption and does not share your banking details with us. It is the safest way to pay for online purchases in Canada.
Do you accept credit cards or PayPal?
At this time we accept Interac e-Transfer only. This allows us to keep our overhead low and pass the savings directly to our customers through lower prices. We may add additional payment methods in the future.
