We take packaging seriously. Every order is carefully packed to ensure your peptides arrive intact and exactly as ordered.

PeptidesExpress.ca currently ships within Canada only. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders must have a valid Canadian shipping address.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, occasionally issues arise with Canada Post shipments. Here is what to do:
- Damaged on arrival: Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will replace your order.
- Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we will file a claim with Canada Post and reship your order.
- Wrong item received: Contact us within 48 hours and we will correct the order immediately at no cost.
- Email us at info@peptidesexpress.ca with your order number and we will resolve any issue within 1 business day.
